Palomar Health New Grad- 2023

Hi, wanted to start this for the Palomar Health New Grad residency-2023. I'm and internal applicant and got an email to set up an interview for 7E and 4E. I don't think I'm going to take since I got an offer from Sharp. I am curious about what Palomar is paying their new grads though.... Good luck everyone ?

Found out that the pay is 45.80/hr with no nursing experience. Not sure about differentials or specialty pay.

I saw 45.80 - 66.67 on their website, but I'm guessing that depends on your experience, if you had worked as an RN before you would get more than 45.80. I still haven't heard from them and I can't even check my application status. I have a feeling that they are still waiting for internal applicants to fill those spots before giving them to external applicants. ?

Yeah the pay is $45.80/hr for applicants with 0 RN experience & $4.75/hr night differential.
