I looked up the position on Scripps career site and they had a job posting open for this specific unit - this what was listed regarding a trauma observation unit RN! ? "Scripps Mercy San Diego as Registered Nurse – RN – Trauma Observation where you will provide comprehensive care of trauma, med/surg, and psych patients at a level 1 trauma hospital. Trauma Observation is a 34 bed unit with a 3:1 nurse to patient ratio. It is a Model Care Unit that is fast-paced and our care team works cohesively in this dynamic environment"

Yeah the pay is $45.80/hr for applicants with 0 RN experience & $4.75/hr night differential.

Not yet! I was told it would be towards mid/end of January when we should be expecting written offers from HR.

Hi! I have been accepted into cohort 38, I was curious on how this incoming cohort is set to start for Fall.. Are the courses hybrid or fully online? If so, is it set as specific class times via zoom? Thanks in advance for the info! Just want to get an idea if maybe Spring 2021 will be similar. ?

Hi! I was curious about this too. I called the extended learning office yesterday and they stated it is $50 as it is in the email but they aren’t able to change the amount stated on the portal site from their end. You’re able to adjust the amount before you proceed to checkout though! Hope that helps ?

Just received my acceptance email today for the Spring 2021 cohort!

No problem! ? Call ATI customer service (1.800.667.7531) and state that University of Phoenix's San Diego campus has closed until June. They will verify on their end and will offer a refund or reschedule. Rescheduling only allows you to for the same testing center. So asking for a refund is the way to go due to not knowing when the campus will open, but it does take up to 60 days to receive it! To register with SDSU, follow the same steps on ATI website with selecting testing locations in San Diego. A variety of different dates available to register for should pop up for the month of May with SDSU remote proctoring! Let me know if you guys have any questions! ?

Hi! I noticed you all were talking about re-taking the TEAS, mine was scheduled for May 29th too at University of Phoenix San Diego! Not sure if that's where you all were scheduled to take it there. But I saw on the University of Phoenix website that their campuses are closed till June 14th. They didn't give me a head up about their tests being cancelled so I called them and they said to get it rescheduled or refunded with ATI. https://www.phoenix.edu/content/dam/uopx/doc/news/April-17-2020-Notice-to-Campus-based-Students-Regarding-Campus-and-Service-Center-Closures-Extended-Again.pdf I called ATI and received a refund and I am now scheduled to take it proctored remotely with San Diego State, they still have a good amount of test dates available for May! I'm on the same boat wanting to retake it as soon as possible to receive higher eval points. Just wanted to share with you all! Good luck!! ?
