Palomar Community College Current and Past Students

Hi, I have been looking over the transfer/challenge information for the nursing program and it all seems like I've done everything just about except for a few things and i'm seeking the help of a current or past Palomar community college student.

I am looking for a sample care plan, and if a specific book is used by the school for care planning?

(I tried looking at the bookstore but couldn't find any specifics unless I buy each courses syllabus thing.)

I also wanted to know what is included in the Functional Health Patterns of the Nursing Foundations I course, N103?
