Pacific Lutheran University (PLU) ELMSN 2023

Hi all,

I noticed there wasn't a thread yet for the PLU ELMSN 2023 Cohort so I wanted to get one started.  Has anyone else already been admitted into the program and accepted?  I received my admittance email on Jan 27th and accepted yesterday!  Excited to meet/chat with others who have applied and best of luck to everyone!

I don't think I even got invite I'm guessing since I already went to the first one.

I didn't get an invite, but I won't be able to make it since I'll be at work during the meeting time unfortunately. I can't wait to meet everyone at protestation though!

Orientation is May 25-26 and is mandatory

Hi!

I attended in March and I would like to attend tomorrow as well. Since we have new students added and I have more questions as a result of that novel length email on important dates/info that was sent out ?. Cant wait to meet everyone!

I'm going to call the SON to ask for the zoom link.

I was told the mando one was 24/25 not the 25/26, but maybe I'm wrong

Hi Alicia!

The dates of the mandatory orientation are May 25-26th and it's 9am -5pm both days.

Reach out to Jodi Erickson as she is the one who sent this email containing all important dates and info for the program, which was on March 29th. I'm thinking maybe since you were just added to the program, they haven't sent all the info over just yet.

Has anyone ordered their scrubs yet? If so, and you did it online, any tips?

I ordered in person at Scrubs and Beyond. It was roughly 185 for 2 tops, 2 bottoms, and 2 undershirts. The top have to be embroidered. It took a little over two weeks to get them. You can call the one in Tacoma and see if you can order over the phone.
