Hi everybody,
This looks like a great forum. I'm currently at the crossroads of choosing either PA or NP. I've been working in an ICU for awhile and some experience as an EMT.
I was wondering if any of you went through the same type of debate?
From observation it seems as if NP's have more freedom atleast in the Critical Care, EMS, Trauma Arena? Also it looks like the pay is the same too anyway?
Kind Regards Everyone,
MB

I too came to this crossroad and easily chose the nursing route. There seems to be more requirements for PA school rather than NP school. I have also heard that the NP approach to patient care is more preferred by patients (if they can really tell the diffrence).
