My personal experience working here was as agency nurse being booked for 12hr shift, only to be sent to 3 different units covering 4hrs each floor while expecting to be on just ONE unit. I notified my agency I did not want to be pulled during scheduled shift. When this occurred second time, I voted with my feet and declined to return facility.

Delco nurses vote to unionize

Nurses at Delaware County Memorial Hospital in Drexel Hill voted Friday and Saturday to join the Pennsylvania Association of Staff Nurses and Allied Professionals.

The vote, supervised by the National Labor Relations Board, was 164 to 130 in favor of unionization, the union said. The union will represent 330 nurses at the hospital.
