2013 OU ABSN Applications

I know from reading previous posts there were a few others that were applying to the OU ABSN program. I just turned my application in about two weeks ago. I'm hoping to be accepted to the Duncan program. My husband and I will be moving back to the Lawton area at the end of August. We are currently in Alaska with the military.

I know I have been worried, especially since the website has not updated the site with the most recent student stats. I would like to know what the last batch of grades looked like compared to mine. Nothing I can do now but wait. Maybe we could all keep each other sane here =)

Oh goodness. I'm starting to get really nervous about this whole thing and can't wait to hear. I just checked my status view and only have Duncan listed, so crossing fingers that the info provided is correct. I just wish we all knew so we could start getting everything together. I need to know if I should apply to different schools and when I can schedule a surgery. I think we have all done well through this waiting period and wish us all well!

Hopefully by Monday we will all have an answer and be able to figure out what the next chapter of our lives will be! I know it will be a relief just to have any answer! Good luck to everyone and may the odds be ever in your favor (sorry I'm a Hunger Games dork!).

Don't want to burst anyone's bubble, but Monday is a government holiday so NO MAIL!!! :( I guess we will have to wait until Tuesday. BUMMER!

From the feedback I am getting (ABSN 2013):

Accepted: Only 1 pick is left in application

Rejected in ABSN/Waitlisted in ABSN/Considered for BSN in December (For our cycle 2013): All your choices still shows up. Most likely a waitlist for ABSN and will be considered for early admission in December for Traditional BSN.

Rejection: All disappears

Have you talked to anyone besides us on here or us that just a summary of all the previous posts??

Contacted 1 old acquaintance that is attending the Traditional OKC-OU BSN and confirmed that her application changed when she was accepted. Her other two picks dropped.

I'm not sure about rejection. Rejection could mean they all still show up (lol). I am just very certain that one pick that shows up in your app means your in. Your good to go boomer.

Does anyone who had a Tulsa choice on their app have a changed application? If so, please indicate if Tulsa was your top choice and if is still listed. I applied ONLY to Tulsa programs (accelerated and traditional) and have no changes at this time. I am trying to determine if Tulsa choices have been made and processed on line yet, or if it is only Duncan.

I applied to both of the Tulsa ones as well and that's all I applied to.. I don't see a change in either of mine.. they are both still up. Let me know if anything changes for you..
