Does any one know what the average starting salary for OTRs in a hospital setting in St. Louis area is?. I am trying to decide between nursing and OT. I already know what nurses make. I haven't heard any luck since I have shadowed an OT but they tell me what the starting salary is. Since you work in hospitals, I though you might know.

No clue. You might use salary.com as a basis, however it looks a little high for starting RN salary, so maybe judge accordingly.

Have you tried calling the colleges that have the educational programs or doing more research on the 'net?
