OSUOKC 2012 spring hopefuls....when will we receive our letters?

Published

Just wondering what everyone's thoughts are? I called the nurse science dept a few days ago and the lady told me the big wigs have been out all week since it's Fall Break but will return Monday...so I'm hoping they make all the final decisions on Monday and get the darn letters out by Tuesday. This is just wishful thinking on my part but sure would be nice. OCCC got letters out on Friday....so hope they get on the ball!!

From what someone said on here when they applied they did not recieve their letters till the second week of november. I know OCCC's deadline to apply for the 2012 spring semester is mid september, so that is a couple weeks before OSU-OKC's deadline to apply. If OSU took as long as OCCC from their deadline though, they could have the letters sent at the end of next week hopefully! Im worried I wont get in from my points being on the cusp. Boohoo :( Yet I still remain hopeful, and keeping the ol fingers crossed!

I hope they do get them out soon. I know several people who said they got their letters sooner than 6 weeks but I'm sure it depends on how many apply every semester. You would think in this day and age with our technology they could get them out sooner or even an email would be great!! I'm thinking (and praying) this could be the week...or maybe just wishful thinking. Keep me posted if/when you get something! Good luck to you.

I received my letter today. The cut off was 90 points.

I recieved mine today too. I got accepted in, and I think I barely made it because I calculated my score up to a 91. Im relieved I am in now, and I can relax and have an awesome Thanksgiving. Woohoo!!! Im grateful that I finally made it, now I got the next half of the battle which is making it through nursing school. So now Im just going to relax, and take it easy till nursing school starts.

Congrats to you guys! I was accepted too! I'm shocked the letters came today!? Can't wait to meet everyone. Now to get my to do list going....lots of stuff to do. Such a relief though. :)
