Not sure how helpful this will be, but the PCC stands for patient care coordinator. Not sure what the difference between RN and RN-PCC is though. I remember my preceptor over at OSU East having patient care coordinator on his ID badge, but I didn't notice anything drastically different in what he did on a post-op ortho floor on nights.

Hi everyone. I currently live in Indiana, graduated from my BSN program in May, but haven't taken the NCLEX yet due to some financial constraints. I was born and raised in Ohio, a majority of my family is still there, received my first college degree from OSU, and really would like to move back there. I plan to test here in Indiana but have already been looking into licensure by endorsement if I do decide to move. I am looking at job postings, and came across Staff Nurse and RN-PCC positions at the OSU Wexner. Does anyone currently work there, or worked there in the past, or know what the differences in these to job titles are? I read a few of the Staff RN job descriptions and they mentioned RN-PCC, but not the other way around.
Thanks!
