I was just wondering if anyone was applying for Osu Okc nursing program for the fall of this year. I know its a lot of stuff going on right now with Covid-19 and schools closing and wondering if that's going to affect nursing programs going forward.

I would focus on the HESI anyway, unless you are taking Summer credits. I'm throwing myself into work as much as I can to try to keep my mind off of it.
I think im just going to do that too!! Just start doing little practice tests and stuff

You said you were in the mid-seventies, is that correct? I wonder how many people applied as a shot in the dark when they saw they were waiving the HESI as a requirement. 400 seems like a lot for one application period.
Hey all, not sure when this was put up on the Nurse Science page, but I just noticed it this morning. If it means what I think it does, it's going to be an interesting year for applicants.
"Due to COVID-19 pandemic, colleges, universities and testing centers have temporarily closed. In order to best meet the needs of our nursing applicants, the OSU OKC Nurse Science department has postponed the application period for Traditional Spring 2021 applicants. Please check here frequently as the application period will be updated as soon as more information is available."
Does this mean that they won't be accepting new applications for Spring '21? Someone tell me they've spoken to someone about it, and that I am cray-cray.

It seems like thats what that means. That they won't be accepting anyone for Spring but what they should do is take the ppl who didn't make it into Fall ‘20 and use them to do the Spring

That would be equitable if that's the route that they are planning. If that is the case, I wonder if people would be able to update their points somehow. Such confusing times. Hope you guys are holding up well!

To me it sounds like they’re just doing the same thing they are this year. I think they are going to extend the deadline, maybe in hopes that they will open up the testing centers by then so people have the opportunity to test.
