Hello! I am a new grad in the Orlando area and have been offered a position at Orlando Health. I was curious as to what the pay differentials were like, what the nurse residency experience is like, and lastly curious about the overall work atmosphere of Orlando Health.

I work for the organization but not in Orlando. I don't know what the differentials are but the pay is competitive. We've gotten a few raises to keep up with the market.
I am a preceptor to a new grad and it's very supportive. It's laid out so the new grad progresses somewhat at their own pace but isn't rushed. Week one she just shadowed and learned the rope. Week two next week she'll take one patient and we will go from there. I think her orientation is 12 to 16 weeks with me.
Overall I think if you live in that area, you couldn't find a better employer. In my opinion.
