orientation

Nursing Students General Students

I'm sooooo :uhoh3:nervous......... I have orientation Jan.8 just wanted to know what is it about?

If it's anything like mine was in December, you will discuss the things you will need for the first day of class. Uniforms, attendence, immunizations, background and drug screening, books and equipment needed, just general things like that.

I'm actually having another Orientation on the first day of class. Our ADN Program calls is "Camp Success" or "Camp Can Do" or something like that. There they will give us a tour of the facility and we will meet our instructors and talk about what is expected of us and things like that.

Just relax and look forward to it. I was nervous also, so I know how you feel. You have worked so hard to get to this point and anything at all to do with the Nursing Program put your stomach on high alert!!

My husband laughs at me but he doesn't understand that getting to the point of actually being in the Nursing Program was a long and drawn out process. It wasn't like we just decided last week to become nurses! We have worked hard to get into the program and we don't want to do anything to jeopardize it!!

Blessing to you!!
