Hello all,
I'm going to be starting orientation next week (Monday) for LPN school. I'm excited and a little nervous not knowing what to expect. All they said we have to bring is a pen, pencil and notebook. Does anyone have any tips for me, such as questions I should ask etc? Thanks in advance.

Bring an open mind & positive attitude. Listen carefully & make an extra effort to ensure you accurately understand everything you are told. Ask questions to clarify if you're still confused. Follow the rules as they are written. Onsite at 6:30AM for clinical means just that... No one will care how much trouble you had to find a parking space.
Don't jump in and try to find BFFs right away. Wait a while and get to know your classmates before deciding which ones to really get to know. You don't want to get stuck with a 'clinger' who never shows up to class and expects you to 'share' all your assignments - LOL.
Whenever you hit a low spot, just imagine yourself walking across that stage on graduation day & getting that PASSED NCLEX message! You'll be great!
