Orientation day!

I am so excited. All the questions that I've had for months will be answered today.

Well, so much for not having any questions. I think I asked close to 100 throughout the day. I feel so prepared now though. And scared!

Kind of overwhelming. They threw so much at us so quickly. But, I have the block schedule, so I can plan for the next 6 months. We don't get our book list for 2 more weeks. The really nice thing is that there was a group of 2nd year students there and they each took a small group of us and gave us tours. They just answered all of our non stop questions for a full hour. And, they told us which books we didn't need to buy. I will, of course, take that with a grain of salt, but they were pretty adamant that the nutrition book was never opened and cost $200. Good stuff to know.

That's wonderful. I'm happy you had a good experience. We didn't have any seniors at my pre-orientation meeting, and I wish we did. It would've been nice to get their perspective on things. It would've been fun to pick their brains. I hope you enjoy school. So, you must start real soon then, huh? :)
