Organic or biochemistry

Nursing Students SRNA

Published

So I have taken a total of 4 semesters worth of biochemistry and organic chemistry in my 1st degree (physiology). I also took 2 labs with my organics. Does anyone know if CRNA schools will accept a biochem class over organic classes??? I actually did alot better in biochem than organic. Organic was my toughest class in undergrad by far.

Thanks

No...it's not...there is no chemistry on the GRE general test and no program requires you to test in one of the subjects.

Thanks. I was thinking of taking it again because I earned a "C" and thought I would not do well. I havent even begun to study for the GRE yet and I was worrying about that Org Chem :)

absolutely not.

the gre is not a nursing exam, it's a general record exam.

isnt organic chem a necessity to score well on gre?
