If you are applying to community college ADN Programs in Oregon, it is all about the points.
If you apply to BSN programs, they look at whole student.
Figure out how many points you have for the CC's you are applying to, then go into the Oregon Nurses forum and check out the discussions going on over there for this year and previous years to get an idea of your chances.
Good luck.

Hey everyone, I am so nervous
. I have been starting the nursing applications and really hope to get in!
I have:
1 year 4 months of experience as a CNA - 581 hours.
3.7/3.8 GPA. Retook some classes.
A prior Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
Hmm...
Do I have a good chance of getting into nursing school?
