The email did say that she was hoping to send *some* interview invitations by the end of this week so maybe there's still hope. ?

They are still sifting through applications...sounds like they will be done with decisions midweek next week

I got an email stating that they're still reviewing applications, they should send out all invites by Wednesday.

I did too! I honestly had given up. Not sure if it's a good thing or not to be extended an invite so late.....did they offer you an interview date on the 13th? Outside the usual interview dates?
