Ordering from Allheart.com

I plan on ordering my stethoscope from Allheart.com. I have heard they are a bit slow with shipping. What exactly does that mean? I plan on having my scope personalized, any idea on how long it will take to be delivered? Any personal experience?

I order from allheart a lot, uniforms mostly, but got a steth. once too.

The problem with their shipping as I see it is, if you order multiple items, and its taking them awhile to get one of the items, they'll hold the entire order and wait to ship everything at once.

If you see your things taking too long, call cust. service and ask. It'll be this problem most of the time and they'll send the items they already have in stock if you wish.
