what's the order for late decel actions?

Okay, I have several sources and all of them vary a bit and there is only one answer on NCLEX.

I think it is as follows; please correct if wrong: Stop the pit, lay the mother on side, I would give O2 next then increase IV fluid although I have seen it's increase IV fluid, then give O2; notify physician and document interventions.

What do you think? Anyone know?

As far as I know it's stop the pit, turn on the side, O2 but im not sure about increase IV fluids....hope that helps

ok, I think it's stop the pit if infusing, turn on side, O2, increase IV fluid, notify physician, and document last. Thanks.
