I have to do an oral presentation talking about myself in front of the class. I have severaal topics to choose from and want to get a few pointers on how I can make my oral presentation more engaging? Its worth 25% of my grade..15% on eye contact, posture, etc and 10% on the written paper for grammar check, etc

These are all true stories that happened in my life within five years. Which topic is more interesting and unique? Also, any tips on how to make an oral presentation be intriguing for the audience?
