oral presentation help

I have to do an oral presentation talking about myself in front of the class. I have severaal topics to choose from and want to get a few pointers on how I can make my oral presentation more engaging? Its worth 25% of my grade..15% on eye contact, posture, etc and 10% on the written paper for grammar check, etc

Topic 1

I've been in a car accident and fell asleep behind the wheel but yet made it out alive with no broken bones or severe injury

Topic 2

I'm also a songwriter and had the chance to use social media to meet a few professional record execs.

Topic 3

The reason why I want to be a nurse flourished from a family trip to jamaica

These are all true stories that happened in my life within five years. Which topic is more interesting and unique? Also, any tips on how to make an oral presentation be intriguing for the audience?

Thank you in advance
