Hey fellow nurses, specifically chemo nurses! I’m starting private duty and my patient has multiple myeloma, and I’m assuming he’ll be getting oral chemo. Is this OK when breastfeeding, and if so, what precautions do I need to take?

This is a topic you most surely must bring up with your Ob-Gyn. The best source of info is there. The Terms of Service here prevent members from providing the info you seek and they are very important questions you ask.
You'll also need to clear any precautions with your agency.
Good luck and welcome to AN. I tell newcomers here to keep screen names anonymous on social media here. Everybody & anybody reads postings here. Also avoid the personal picture.
Congrats on the new baby (since you're breastfeeding).

Consider posting in the oncology nursing subforum for general ideas about how this goes. I agree with @amoLucia that your OB can give you the best personalized guidance.
