Expand your search- not everyone uses the term fellowship or residency. Many will simply refer to it as orientation. Go ahead and apply wherever you would like, and in the interview ask about orientation:

Length. A good orientation for those new to the OR should be anywhere from 6 months to a year. Shorter if specialties involved in are limited (ie, a hospital that only does orthopedic surgery wouldn’t need to spend time orienting to general, gynecological, etc.)
Roles. Does the RN circulate and scrub? What is the timeframe for orienting to each of those roles? Is it concurrent? Do you orient to one, spend time in it and then orient to the other at a later time?
Shifts. Many facilities may opt to orient Monday through Friday on 8 hour days, because that’s when the bulk of surgeries are happening. Or maybe it’s a big tertiary center that schedules electives all the way through until night shift and you’d orient on 12s. Also, do you have the opportunity to spend some time orienting to other shifts that you may end up working? What about taking practice call with a senior staff member to experience what happens there?

Hey! Did you ever come across anything? I just passed the NCLEX and I'm also looking to get into the OR. I applied to one of the Northwell fellowships which I'm really hoping I get but I know they hire from within first so I'd like to find some other options but I haven't seen anything else :/

Nope Im working in an outpatient facility kinda gave up on that for now

Thank you so much for responding! Northwell just posted the applications today for their OR fellowships for April & August if you change your mind and want to give it another shot :)
