OR Nurses easy to get a Job in USA

Hello All,

Am a Theatre nurse with 7years of all speciality exprience.. I am wanting to move to USA close to family from New Zealand..

Is it easy to get a job? What do i need to do? To be able to work in USA?

Meet state requirements for RN, pass NCLEX, find employer willing to wait the 4 plus years for you to get your immigration visa allowing you to live and work in the US. Alternative is meet state requirements, pass NCLEX and then find a employer willing to go the work visa route (H1b) so have a minimum BSN and qualifications in the area concerned as H1b is seen as a skilled visa
