Opportunities For Service

I am looking for opportunities to do service in or out of the Country as a Registered Nurse. An example would be going to India and helping teach diabetic control. Please give me some ideas for how, when, and where to do these activities.

Second how do you work with your license when you do these service projects.

Check out the Peace Corps. They have plenty of opportunities, esp. in healthcare, with tons of information.

Since it's a national organization, I'm sure they have plenty of important info in place (esp. r/t your license) to help you make an informed decision.

This is something I've wanted to do for a long time now but haven't checked up on it in a while, so I look forward to hearing more too!
