Makes perfect sense. Thank you!

Does anyone work or previously worked for Optum or Aetna? I have a CM interview coming up with Optum and have 2 upcoming interviews for Aetna- UM and CM (A1A kind of unclear on what that means exactly). Can anyone give any insight? Did you enjoy it? Meeting metrics, etc?
I left my CM position at another insurance company to work in Quality and I absolutely hate it (and the pay) and wish I’d never left.
