opinion on flu vaccines

hi, was wondering what you all thinks about having preschoolers vaccinated against flu? I have preschooler home and can not decide if shuld I have her vaccinated. I have never been vaccinated myself against flu, I think it is not 100% protection so why wuld I? what are your thoughts?

The CDC has good info as well as your local pediatrician. The flu vaccine is one of the vaccines that does not always end up with good efficacy rates which is why some people question whether to get it or not. And as with any drug one has to way out the risk vs the benefit. If you have concerns I would urge you to speak to your doctor about this. Nothing is 100%, no vaccines, medications, treatments etc so this probably shouldnt be the only thing stopping you, IMO, but again you should speak to your MD.
