Just heard back from U of T that I am in group 3 of the waitlist for the nursing program. I've been accepted at Humber and likely be going there in September but U of T is my top choice. Being in the third group does not sound very likely to me-does anyone know how likely admittance would be coming from the 3rd group?

So after being "rejected" by UofT earlier this month, I received a surprising email today where they waitlisted me and put me in the first group. I already have accepted an offer from Nipissing and really want to go there, but for anyone who received a rejection on June 8th, it may have been error.

Did you accept Nipissing in the end? do you know how many they take??

@Honeybee1990 have you written Midterm #2 yet? I'm writing it in the next few days. I'm wondering if it is easier or more difficult than the first. This course is a lot harder than I expected :S

Hi sl2127, no I haven't done midterm 2 yet. I'm doing Midterm 1 tomorrow am, Midterm 2 Aug 12th and final Aug 28th. Doing everything in August! Very close together so it is a bit nerve wracking. Nearly finished the material for midterm 2 though so I think I'll be ready. But it is definitely a lot of material to go through

That's tough! I'm also doing Midterm 2 and the Final in August (almost a week apart), and I totally hear you on the material... this course is extremely content heavy!! When do you need to get your final grade in by? Mine is due Aug 31st so I'm definitely feeling the pressure. Good luck on your exam tomorrow - pay special attention to the small details in the chapters! :)

Hi everyone! I am a current second year U of t nursing student. I have heard from some of my classmates that they were accepted up until the day before school started, which is September 8th. So if you are in the first group of the wait list then I think you should still have some hope for getting accepted! :)
