Ontario NP - 2025 applicants

Published

Anyone applying to NP school in Ontario for the year 2025?

Would love to have a discussion started for acceptances, etc.

Thank you! You too. I've applied to York, McMaster, and Western, so I'm hoping to hear back from at least one. I'll be finishing my master's program this April and wondering if that might be a hindrance to my acceptance.

That's awesome! I hope you get into atleast one and if not all of them ☺️And I've only applied to U of T and same I won't be done my Masters till July and when I emailed admissions they said that was fine as along as everything is completed before August. They said if I were to get in it would be conditional acceptance. I am wondering the same thing that whether it is hindering my acceptance.

thank you!! same I hope u get in to all your desired programs. The hardest part is waiting. I wonder if there were a high volume of people that applied

If we applied to UofT before the Jan 15 early admission deadline and didn't hear back today, are more acceptances coming out or would they only be looking at applications submitted after Jan 15 now?

I.e. does the rolling basis for acceptance apply to early admissions as well or only applications submitted after Jan 15?

I got into UofT MN-NP Program today. Almost 5 years medical/surgical experience. I applied for the admission awards deadline Jan 15th.

I had an interview last week for U Windsor as well.

Goodluck everyone :)

I am starting to feel like all the spots at UofT are filled now with how many acceptances were sent out today LOL

It's okay guys!! at least we have created this community so we can help each other

I got into UofT MN-NP today. I haven't heard back from TMU yet but I applied part-time. I have 5 years of experience (primary care & acute care combined). 3.85 GPA.

Congrats to you and also @nurse1222

Congrats to both of you!

Those who did not get an offer from U of T today, may I ask when you applied? I submitted mine on Jan 23rd.
