Online Teaching Job Help

I am in my 4th semester of teaching in a BSN program and have 4 years experience as a RN. I teach primarily skills and simulation. I'm finishing up my MSN with a focus in nursing education and plan to take the certified nurse educator exam this summer. The focus of my graduate school clinical hours was primarily online teaching and how to take a traditional course and turn it into a really great online course. We also did a lot of work with how the lecture methods vary as well as the assessment and evaluation strategies have to change. I designed and delivered several lectures both in person and online (through a screen capture) to both undergraduate and graduate nursing courses. I also designed appropriate assessment and evaluation methods for both in person and online.

ANYWAY.. my long term goal is to teach online. My primary interest is in online RN-BSN programs but I am definitely not limiting myself as there are numerous courses that interest me. My background is primarily in med/surg, health literacy, and pharmacology.

How do I begin looking for online teaching jobs? Do I just start scouring Google for online nursing programs and see if they have openings? Is there a good site to start looking for jobs? I'm not sure the best way to go about doing this. I'd ultimately like to get a few more years under my belt and start the Ed.D program for nurse educators at Columbia.

Thank you!
