Hi guys/gals. Sorry, I haven't been able to respond to some of your email replies lately. I have lymphoma cancer and am taking chemo, so I been down and out for a while. But I am back. I want to do studying, but had the problem of exactly how it would work to everyones advantage. It took me some time (luckily I had plenty of it while laying in the bed during my tx. - lol). It came to me to find a program that would be easy to use for everyone. I was able to find a program that allows a person to do the following: chat, forum boards, workshops, student glossary, start and attend classes, take pop quizes, and alot more. So I started the program up, it is located at http://www.nursingonline.org/classes I haven't had the time to make it look good or add any content to help us all out.

That is where I am hoping my fellow nurses can help me. If you are interested in helping each other and want to add something, start a chatroom for a particuliar topic (i.e., renal, cancer, etc.), or teach a subject, let me know or go to the site and register. There is no cost, that was not the point of the site. It is for nurses helping nurses. Period.

If you do wish to teach a subject or want to moderate a chatroom, please email me [email protected] or at [email protected] and I will add you to the teaching side of the board. Please remember, if you are going to teach a class, please (and I don't want to sound like a bhole or anything) know the subject. It doesn't help, if a new student is trying to teach about cardiac caths or something else.

If you have any questions, please let me know. I hope this will make studying easier for all of us.

Oh yeah, if you have any ideas, on how to make the site look more appealling, please let me know also. Thanks!

Chris
