Hi Guys,
I've been lurking on allnurses for sometime and found it to be great. Anyways, I'm looking to find other resources regarding travel nursing? A lot of sites I've found online seem to be fronts for agencies? I'm looking for unbiased information... Is allnurses my only hope?!

LOL, welcome to the world of travel nursing... Agencies are necessarily shady, but they do their best to paint themselves in a good light-- sometimes this can take the form of creating information based websites in order to boost views. A good example is nursezone.com, which appears to be owned by american mobile (one of the bigger travel nurse agencies). I just came across travelnursinginformationhq.com this week. They claim to be independent. Some of the articles are kinda, "meh", but others are detailed. I also like thegypsynurse.com, but I think she regularly sponsors stories about agencies.

There are definitely sites that are agency fronts and you wouldn't know right away. I have a collection of such sites. It would be fun to post them here, but Allnurses doesn't like commercial links in posts, even when they are being clearly not recommended.
Most everyone has some perspective and it is helpful to understand where they are coming from. Of course, one of the first places I recommend for information is PanTravelers, a non-profit travelers association. Of course, they are not unbiased either but at least they are not advertising agencies or trying to make big bucks off of us. Books and author sites (search Amazon) have a very individual and often enlightening and hopefully entertaining perspective on the travel industry. But they are interested in selling their book, and often have agency advertising on their site, or even pitch specific agencies to get referral fees which can be $500 plus per referral. One author site that is often mentioned is Highway Hypodermics, because of the author's click bait ten best agencies list. Such lists should always be examined closely for their selection criteria and bias, but they can be a starting place to learn about travel.
Then there are the bloggers. Some bloggers are just addicted to the process (which might include my posting on Allnurses) but others are definitely doing it to earn advertising money. Not necessarily a bad thing, because to earn money off of advertising, they have to have good content to attract readers. Again, just understand the perspective as you soak information off of various sites.
Finally, I would be remiss if I didn't mention TravelTax's wonderful site, where along with PanTravelers, a wealth of free information is available about the business side of travel. Long term financial success does involve optimizing finances, from negotiating skills, to tax homes, to finding the best agencies, recruiters, and assignment that work best with specific personal situations.

Highwayhypodermics.com is where I learned all that I have! Great site.. leads you to more resources!
I had never heard of PanTavelers, thanks!
I forgot to mention that PanTravelers has a really good list of links to traveler sites of real value with a synopsis of each one (which includes Allnurses of course).
Thank you Abbey and Ned! Pantravelers looks like a wonderful resource. I also like travelnurshinginformationhq (lol, thats a long name), I just wish they had more articles. AllNurses will probably remain as my main resource though :)
