Online Nursing Programs

Hey nurse friends! My fiance is exploring the idea of looking into nursing school and eventually NP. Right now going into college he only has his High School Diploma, however he used to be an EMT so he has that licensure but i don't think that translates to college credits. Are there any BSN programs that can assist with EMT to BSN?

Secondly, I am going to be travel nursing...We are hoping that he can do the majority of his BSN degree ONLINE- so we are looking for a program that does pre-requiste work online and the clinical stuff on campus/on-site, say at a satellite campus. Therefore, I am trying to help him find a High School Diploma to BSN online college that doesn't require you to already have your RN license. I am a nurse myself so I know that nursing programs are hands on and it is essential to have in person training. BUT it is also 2018 and I did know if any college offered online programs for high school diploma to RN licenses with satellite training when it comes to clinical work. Is there anything out there like that?

To clarify, you are going to do travel nursing and he is going along. You are looking for an online pre-licensure RN program that allows him to do clinicals in whatever city you are at. I don't think that exists. There are online programs that allow lecture classes online and local clinicals (such as WGU), but not at random hospitals around the country.
