I am interested in doing an online NP program for family NP and was wondering which online programs are rated among the best. I dont want to enroll in a program and find out its not what its cracked up to be. Any suggestions?

I think the real question is the one you should be asking yourself. Are you the type of person who would benefit from an online-only program? Do you have the discipline for all of the online chat, banter, postings, etc. It's a ton of self-starter with no "raising your hand" or classroom discussion. I personally despise online stuff. Putting papers in a drop box - no problem. the fully online conducted classes with all of the discussion - I hated them.

I have applied to Frontier. All didactic courses are online. There are 2-3 required trips to campus, however, in Hyden KY, depending on if you have an ADN or BSN. It is highly rated. There are lots of threads about it and rarely do I hear anything negative.
