Hello,
I live in the Nashville area, will have a social work degree soon, and wish to obtain a bsn to become an RN in order to get into a PMHNP program. If I would have known about this field in nursing, I would have done this instead of social work.
I'm married and live in the Nashville, tn area, so moving isn't an option. I'm probably going to apply to Vanderbilt's on campus pre-specialty PMHNP program, but I'd like to have a plan B. Are there any universities offering online classes that would still allow me to do clinicals around my area? I want to get through school asap so I can start having kids. Thanks

This is the only thing I've come accross, please let me know if you find any other options!http://www.uwosh.edu/con/undergraduate-bsn/accelerated-online-bachelors-to-bsn/admission-requirements-1/academic-prerequisites
Have you thought about just getting your RN and then doing drexel's rn-msn program? It's online and only 3 courses if you have a degree in a different field, as you do! Good luck!
