Online LVN to ADN in California

Hello,

I am an LVN and I was wondering if anyone knows of any completely online LVN to ADN programs that accept students from California? I know that the clinicals are held on site but the rest of the program is online. The ones I have found are great but they don't take California students because of some ridiculous rules or something like that. I live in the country, quite a ways from any available schools so I was hoping to go this route. Any information is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance ?

This school in FL. It takes about 13 months to complete if you already have your prerequisites.
