Online addresses and Google maps

I believe that somebody has posted in the past about this issue of our addresses being published online on the SOS website. I admit that I've had a problem with it in the past but now I really have a problem. With Google maps and street view I feel that my privacy is being invaded. Does anyone know if this issue has been brought up before with the SOS office? I plan to write a nice letter to the secretary of state's office about my concerns and I expect to get no answer. I then plan to bring up the issue with my elected state representative. It is not necessary for the general public to know my street address for them to be protected. There is no reason they can't post my name and just the city. Any thoughts?

I was very upset to find that this information is publicly available. I would be interested in making an effort to get this information removed from the website for the general public's access.
