Hello!
Well i have exactly one week before my 2nd attempt at the Nclex. i am using HESI/Saunders online review for nclex exam , and also prioritization delegation and assignment by LaCharity. im using the evolve site and doing questions. i am so nervous because i feel like i dont know everything i wish i knew. life keeps moving even though i feel stuck in a rut, i dont think i have studied enough but i am trying. any advise? im going to study everyday until next wednesday and eat brain foods. depression clouds my memory and stress keeps me from focusing. i know these sound like excuses but im just being honest. need encouragement here. thanks guys!

Take a deep breath! First of all, let me say that you CAN do this!
Personally, I used the Saunders questions online, and I passed in 75. I did numerous questions a day and definitely studied the rationales.
Continue to study every day, but make sure you give yourself adequate breaks! Even during the exam. About every 10 questions, I would put my head down, count to ten, or do the ABCs, just to regroup, and rest my mind for a minute. It also helped me with anxiety. :)
Above all, believe in yourself! You can conquer this exam! You made it through nursing school, and now this is the very last battle!
I wish you all the luck in the world! :)

I understand and totally feel what you are experiencing.
Next week I too will be taking it a second time.
Similarly I am using Saunders and PDA.
I know it sounds crazy but i did a search on youtube for anti anxiety meditation videos. There are several good ones to chose from and it definitely helps me to focus and have mental clarity.
