I imagine that all schools have different policies but we had to have:
vaccination records, a current TB test, current BLS (or proof of enrollment in a BLS class), a background check and take urine drug screen.

I would start getting the hep. b shots they take 7 months for the series.

I agree w/ the post above. You'll also need a TB test. They'll let you know that during your orientation. Also, did you complete the BLSC class? That's only good for 2 years so try not to do that too far in advance.
I totally agree to start your Hep B series now if you need it. You can waive that, but that's your choice. I chose the shots. It's a set of 3 and it's expensive. I highly recommend the health dept because they charge only $10 per shot.
How long have you been on the wait list?

** This is where I got my shots for $10 each. The flu shot cost me $15. They take walk ins and appointments. They are usually running a little late, but worth it for the savings.
Awesome....thank you so much...I will be there on Monday:)
Mybrowneyedgirl, I was just IMing you about the shots, no big deal but believe me I'll have plenty of questions for ya soon enough...haha. I have my orientation of the handbook on Tuesday. Wish me luck!
