Olympic College-TADN

Hi!;) Anyone starting Olympic College's TADN this winter? I graduated from Clover Park's LPN program last August and am scheduled to start the TADN (Transition to ADN) program at OC winter 2010. Anyone completed this program? Any input is appreciated! :loveya:

@indiechic that’s awesome you found out what your score was! I haven’t gotten my letter yet. Hopefully soon! I thought the max was 35 points based on that scoring sheet they gave with the application???‍♀️ What do they score on if you don’t mind me asking? Either way, sounds like you have a good shot!!! Good luck, keep me posted and I’ll do the same!

Just got my letter as well. I got 6/9 points.? hoping that is good enough.?

Fingers crossed!! ?? Unless there were a lot of applicants with straight A’s and who had the rollover point, I’ve got a good feeling about admission chances!!

Good luck you guys. I applied this year and got 9/9 points. hopefully we will find out in the next couple weeks. Looks like from reading this old post most people found out if they got in around the end of October.

I saw that as well so I’m hoping we hear something soon. I’ll take what I can get, but I’m hoping for TCC right now. They only got 22 applicants this year!!! Good luck to you! Keep us posted.?

I was told that the committee isn’t going to review applications until November 13th. So much for hearing at the end of the month.??‍♀️?

Me too. I need to let my job know ASAP. She’s the administrative assistant for the nursing program. She is the one who responds if you email the generic nursing email. I wanted to email Susan but every time I ask her about specifics, she’s very vague.lol

Yeah if they are reviewing then 11/13 that means they probably won’t send out acceptance letters until the end of November. That’s not leaving us a ton of time before it starts January

Well I was hoping since they extended the deadline that I would have a good chance because they didn't have enough applicants. After reading all of your guys points (I only have 5) looks like I will probably have to reapply next year and maybe retake a class to get a higher score. I wish they could tell us how many applicants they had! Well good luck to you all and I will keep my fingers crossed for next year.
