Old Nurse, New DON

I am a new DON that came up from the ranks and floors. Do any of you experienced DON have brain sheets, or checklists or other workflow forms that you created that make your day run smoothly. 

I am looking for ideas and structure from those who have already been, where I am trying to go in the future. 

I am in a LTC/SNF facility (120 beds) in Florida.
