Oklahoma to Texas endorsement

Has anyone else had problems with Oklahoma Bon getting the paper work done to send to Texas Bon for endorsement? It seems they lost my money the first time that I sent it. So eighty dollars later and still no license in Texas I am at a loss as to what to do. The last phone call that I made all I got was a very rude person and no answers. It has been over a month since I sent my paperwork. How much time would you wait until you call and ask for a supervisor? At this point I am just plain mad that people have to be so rude when you call. Thanks.

why would you wait? It seems that it should be handled Promptly.

I tried sending in my paperwork, money, etc. all to no avail for this as well; I was going to apply to nursing school there but decided the travel, expenses just was not worth all the trouble.

Call back and rather than speak to the person on the line, ask for a Supervisor

so that you won't waste your time explaining the situation to both the 'phone answerer' and the supervisor.

Thanks. I spoke with Obn today and they have forwarded my paperwork to Texas. So hopefully it won't be long. Of course I couldn't reach Texas as there phone is always busy. Ha ha. As for my Okla education it was great and would recommend my school to anyone wanting a good education. It was not a bad experience at all.
