OIG reinstatement

Hello, I recently had my RN license reinstated after surrendering it due to substance abuse. I submitted my application for reinstatement to the OIG a few weeks ago. Now, though, I'm second-guessing how I answered one of their questions after reviewing my application again just now. I may be just overthinking it, but I want to be completely transparent with them. Has anyone ever actually called and spoken to the OIG? I'm willing to call them to discuss that particular question, but I'd like to know how they actually treat people. I'm probably just being paranoid, but it's been such a long road to get here, I don't want an inadvertent technicality to screw this up. Thank you!
