OHSU Acc Bacc to Masters 2012

I wanted to start a thread for anyone applying to OHSU's Accelerated Bacc to Master's for the 2012 cohort. This way we can keep each other informed when we hear anything. I have applied to the Acc Bacc for Nurse Midwifery. Go Team 2012 Applicants!

Hi All,

I just discovered this website recently. I'm really excited to have someone to talk about this whole process! I also got a call on Monday for an interview in to the ABCSN MSNurse Midwifery program. My Interview is February 2nd. I am super excited. @rmfornursing when I spoke to the person on the phone, she did give me options for dates. They seem pretty flexible. She said it would be 3-5 midwifes and the interview is half an hour long.

Does anyone have an advice on how to dress? Business suit? Nice dress?

I'll be interviewing on the 27th for the Midwifery program... I'm so nervous.

What did your stats (gpa/gre) look like? If you dont mind :)

Hi Kitkrat,My GPA of the prerequisite courses is max, and GPA of my previous degree is 3.76. I got a GRE score of 1150. Hope this helps.

I applied but have not been offered an interview. In my prerequisites I have several A+'s but since not all schools award +'s they evaluated my overall prerequisite GPA as 4.0. Overall degree GPA 3.99. GRE of 1,200. 4 years as a CNA, 2 years research assistant mother-infant attachment, 1 year student midwife.

My interview is tomorrow! I'm really excited to meet a few of you at the potluck next Tuesday! I took a stroll through the School of Nursing and it, as well as the whole complex on the hill is just beautiful. I can't wait for a guided tour.
