Is anyone else interviewing for the intermediate care fellowship at OhioHealth? Or any of their fellowships? Just curious to hear from other individuals; I can't find anyone else's experiences with it online :)

I have an interview next week for the intermediate fellowship! I am also trying to find more information about it, along with the critical care fellowship.

I spoke with a nurse I work with who went through the critical care fellowship years ago but, sadly, she forgot about how most of the process went :( I have an interview for the intermediate fellowship as well as for the Med-Surg fellowship but at this point I'm betting on the intermediate one.

I was just curious about the critical care fellowship, I’m also betting on the intermediate one. I didn’t get much info about the interview, I know that there were 3 slots for each time frame so I’m wondering if it’s a group interview? Guess I will find out when I get there ?

I also thought maybe it might be a group interview but I heard it was a panel interview. Either way, it's nerve wracking ? I've been reading and watching videos on how to answer new grad interview questions ?

How did your interview go?? I ended up rescheduling for the next interview date because it worked better for me.

It went well! It was a panel interview with 3 different nurse managers from different units at Riverside and Grant. They asked me the normal behavioral questions. I got a spot in the program! They contacted everyone who interviewed that day the same day.

Wow I had an interview and was told that everyone would be contacted by Friday. So does that mean I didn't get it? I never not been offered a job the same day. Usually it's the same day ?. I'm so nervous Ohio Health is a well respected health system and I want to be on the team?

It could be different this time around. I think my interview was on a Friday and the hiring manager was going on a trip that weekend for a week so she wanted to get all the job offers out.

Thanks for replying so fast! I hope I got it I interviewed today. Only a few hours ago and I'm wondering should I send a thank you email now or in the am. I haven't been this nervous since NCLEX??? feeling all emotions
