Who is in this class starting on the 13th? It is up on blackboard already. Lots to do!

Are the discussion board 1 question and the introduction discussion board two separate posts? I don't see a question? Maybe it is not up yet??

Wow. I am trying to navigate through the assignments for week one and two and I can not believe how it is set up. There are 2 discussion board areas, then for each week there is just one discussion board post to which she (the instructor) responds with the question. Then we are supposed to respond to her within that post AND respond to our peers within that post? How confusing. I am having such a hard time figuring out where everything is located. This is going to be a long summer.

Okay the way you guys can figure out which class and professor without violating TOSS. The academic outreach folks likely have a female teacher that has different requirements then the regular RN to BSN folks who have male teacher. The latter requires you to read a book called "Difficult Conversations" the other does not.

Now there is a third prof I know nothing about. So, I would refer to one prof as the one with "difficult conversations" if that is your prof. The other you can just refer to as SHE. The third...well...you are on your own for that one.

1. Profesor "Difficult Conversations"

2. Professor "She"

3. Professor "Other"

This class is a lot of work. Also, the nursing classes make this one look disorganized and confusing. The values paper seems pretty long for 5 points. Am I the only one who feels this way? :cyclops:

I have a female teacher that requires us to read Difficult Conversations. Her formatting is confusing and she asks that we call her on the phone all the time.

I took an online RN-BSN program so I could complete the classwork at my own pace (in my own time zone) without worrying about calling people. I just want to log on and know what to do (by READING since this is a WRITTEN COMMUNICATION class) and maybe email. The instructions should be clear. The due dates and assignments should be clear. I feel like I am on a scavenger hunt just to figure out what to do.

Do you have professor "'other"? If so, she gets horrendous ratings on ratemyprofessor!

I guess it's professor "other". She does have awful ratings on ratemyprofessor and I can see why. She sends 17 emails a day, none of them make sense or actually clarify any instructions. She just wants you to call her. Then in her phone call she will just tell you to read everything twice (placing a finger under each and every word). Thanks. Not helpful. This is not how business communication works. If I wasn't desperate to graduate in the fall I would drop the course and wait for a better instructor.

Well Professor "Difficult Conversations" doesn't give out too much info. Would like to do the memo response to difficult conversations but no clue to how long it has to be or how many references etc. Gonna be a LONG 15 weeks.

Does anyone else have professor "other"? And is anyone else ready to pull out their hair trying to figure out what the HECK is going on in this class? I am so confused. The syllabus doesn't match the gradebook. The modules don't line up with the weeks. Due dates are nearly impossibly to find. **WORST CLASS EVER**

Well we have to write a book report and no real examples of how to format it! Really frustrating to say the least!

I think we have to write a similar book report. All we've been told so far is to "read it twice placing a finger under each word to make sure you are really reading it".

OMG...your Female Other "Difficult Conversations" teacher sounds like a nightmare!!
