Can't contact Ohio BON

I have been trying to contact the ohio BON these past few days but can't seem to get through. It always goes to voicemail. I'm trying to call the licensure department. Has anyone been able to reach them? If so, what number did you call and during what time? How many times did you have to call? Thanks, any help would be greatly appreciated

I have not been able to speak to a live person either and I have been trying for 2 weeks. I sent an email about a week ago and have yet to receive a reply. If you have any luck please let me know. I am trying to contact them concerning license by endorsement.

I have contacted them on three occasions recently a few weeks apart. I got to a live person the first time. The second and third time I had to call more than once but it was in the same day. Try calling right when they open or right before they close because maybe the call volume will be slower then.

Desiree you can call this number 614 466 3947, and select the option that connects you with the receptionist, then ask the person to transfer you to the department you are trying to call. in your case it might be the licensing department. i called during the morning. hope this helps. thanks guys for the suggestions
