Ok, I have lost of questions will someone or everyone please help me out.....
question 1... What is the difference between an LPN and an LVN?
I am starting an LVN course in August and before this board I have never heard or LPN. Are the two the same, but in different regions? (I am in Texas)
Question 2... The nursing program I will be attending does not have any prerequisites is this odd to anyone? It is at a community college in johnson county and we had to have a pre-exam but no prereqs.
and the last question
Has anyone here attended or ar planning to attend Hill college at the Johnson county campus in cleburne, TX. THat is where I will be going and want to know a few people who will be able to relate to my experiences there.
Thank you all in advance for your responses to these questions.
You are all a great help to a nursing student in need.

question one- texas and california are the only two states that call them lvns and the other 48 states call us lpns.
question two-it depends on the school you are at, but mostly do not have pre-reqs and if so, i do believe it is a tech math, speech, and english(sometimes these may be non transfering course (tech courses) (others may be able to shed a different light for you).
question 3-i don't have the answer for this question.
much success to you!
