Occupational Health NP!!!

I am in SC and I am really trying to find some OCH NPs to talk with about Salary expectations. I have been offered a job in a major hospital system but...the salary seems to be a new grad salary at 85000. HR says they don't negotiate and new grads usually start at 80,000 ������. I am an FNP with 3 years experience. No occupational health experience. Any insight would be appreciated
