OCCC Spring traditional pathway 2020

@VanessaE I have heard fall is more competitive than spring. And I think 17 is a pretty solid number for either semester. Fingers crossed for both of us!! Good luck!

Yes, I applied already on July 29. I was denied for this Fall due to a transcript error. I had forgotten to submit my OCCC school transcript to Nursing CAS. I blame it on pregnancy brain at the time haha. All works out in the end though because hopefully I will be able to take this Spring semester and do the night classes!

I submitted with 16 preference points. Looking forward to hearing back about everyone's anticipated acceptance.

Don't worry, it hasn't even been 4 weeks yet! On the application it said at least 4 to 6 weeks.

I’ve prepared myself to wait until the last week of October before I hear. Work, A&P II and Chem are doing a fantastic job at keeping me busy and distracted in the meantime. ?

That's what I've seen everywhere is that it is around October 20th.

It was October 23rd last year, but I don’t think any of us would complain if it was sooner this time! I am not holding my breath though.

I was under that impression too based off what others have said in previous threads. It is never specifically mentioned in the application info packet though...at least not that I remember seeing. I would assume they would inform us of our official point total and GPA so we can make sure everything was calculated correctly but I’m not sure.
